Front Left; Body code E39; Without Motor; The method of mounting the drive portion of front window regulators was changed as of 9/97 due to a change in the door beam.; The early style (prior to 9/97) are no longer available and are superseded to this style; Due to different mounting points, the later regulator must be modified to fit the earlier door.; When removing the early style regulator, save the bolts that clamp the regulator to the door; See dealer for additional service bulletin information
